Works team arrived on time – worked hard. The days they were here included two of the hottest days of the year. They just kept working despite the extreme heat in the loft. After completion there were a couple areas that I felt needed improving on. Within 24 hours a senior employee arrived and completed the work to my satisfaction. Each day the left the house clean. All rubbish was cleared to our satisfaction.”
